Our 3D services

Our team is made up of highly qualified and motivated professionals. Thanks to our many years of experience in the automotive industry, we are able to provide you with a complete, quality service.

3d scanning & 3D modeling

The first step of the process consists of scanning your part to build a 3D model.
25 minutes are enough to obtain a 3D model conforming to the original. This model can be modified and improved using our CAD software. The created file is saved in our database.

Impression 3D

In the second stage, 4 technical choices must be validated:
- The type of plastic
- Printing density = part density = weight
- The quality of the faces of the part. (face to be painted, contact face, etc.)
-The addition of threaded inserts

After validation of these choices, start printing

Quality control (appearance, dimensions)

This third step consists of checking dimensional conformity and print quality. It is also possible to go through a prototype stage to check the integration of the part into its functional environment, temperature resistance or mechanical resistance. Threaded inserts are added.

Finishes

In the 3D printing process, supports are created. These supports must be removed and the part manually sanded from 120 to 3000 grit, depending on the desired aesthetic appearance.
